Job Summary:
Leads in the overall supervision of the Division’s daily activities/operation which involves
planning, partnership building and collaboration, program implementation and other areas of
Social Marketing;

Job Outputs:
1. Approved Work and Financial Plan and PPMP
2. Division Performance Commitment Rating (DPCR)
3. 100% Division monthly accomplishment report, DTR, SALN, EDP, PDS, IPCR timely submission
4. Budget absorption report
5. Attendance to Executive Committee Meetings;
6. Acts as Secretariat Head of Programs
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversees operations of the Social Marketing Division;
2. Represents the Division in inter-office meetings / inter-division meetings and if
necessary, the Executive Director in meetings;
3. Provides coaching, counseling and recommends disciplinary sanction of
subordinates;
4. Directs, supervise, monitor and evaluate the performance and functions of the staff in
the Division and consolidate Division performance reports;
5. Updates the Executive Director on all matters pertaining to Division operations /
activities;
6. Reviews and finalizes division reports to the Executive Director ;
7. Convenes and presides over Division meetings;
8. Decides in all matters pertaining to the division;
9. Recommends to the Commission policy/ies on the programs implemented for youth
participation;
10. Oversees program/project implementation;
11. Disburses and liquidates cash advances;
12. Act as Secretariat Head of programs/projects;
13. Reviews, endorses communication and other documents for appropriate action of the ED;
14. Recommends partnership for program development;
15. Recommends approval of disbursement of funds; and
16. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
